Restless Dance Theatre presents JUNCTION, weekly classes, for people aged 27+ yrs.
JUNCTION offers creative movement exploration in a safe, playful and welcoming environment — where participants’ ideas become dance. No experience is necessary, just the desire to take part.
The class nourishes healthy minds and bodies through creative tasking, improvisation and experimenting with different stimuli for movement and self-expression. Participants are supported to stay active while exploring movement in ways that are expressive, enjoyable and accessible.
Led by a team of experienced tutors who adapt each class to suit individual access requirements, JUNCTION is designed for participants with mild to medium support needs.
More than just a class, JUNCTION provides therapeutic benefits that promote independence and inclusion. It encourages social connection, builds confidence and fosters community through shared creative experiences.

Program and Opportunity Access
Support workers can attend either inside or outside of the studio.
Venue Access
Main entrances feature step-free, obstacle-free paths of travel suitable for mobility aids.
Four designated wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are located near the venue alongside a safe wheelchair-accessible drop-off and pick-up zone.
