One of Australia's most celebrated chamber ensembles, Ensemble Q, will join forces with beloved ABC Classic presenter and writer, Ed le Brocq, for a special evening of chamber music and storytelling, with performances taking place at the Sydney Opera House and Melbourne Recital Centre.
From Mozart to Leunig, the program takes you on a journey through whimsical storytelling and the power of music, bringing together beloved classics from Beethoven and Mozart alongside compelling new Australian works by Calvin Bowman and their 2026 Composer in Residence Anne Cawrse.
Joined by the acclaimed musicians from Ensemble Q, the performance features 'Sonam & the Silence' and 'Curly Pyjama Letters', celebrating storytelling, imagination and the unique way music can bring people together.
Performed in the stunning surrounds of the Utzon Room at the Sydney Opera House and the Primrose Potter Salon at Melbourne Recital Centre, audiences can expect an evening of world-class live music, storytelling and contemporary Australian composition.
