From 9-11 October, Sydney Writers Festival will bring Homegrown back to the State Library of NSW with more than ten free events, featuring some of Australia's leading writers and cultural voices. With bestselling crime writer Michael Robotham, author Holly Ringland, actor-writer Zoe Terakes among the featured guests, the three-day program explores topics spanning crime fiction, politics, queer storytelling and Australian theatre.
Audiences can engage with First Nations perspectives, contemporary discussions and the future of creativity, alongside a special session celebrating the literary legacy of David Malouf. Bring a curious mind and come ready to listen, discover and see things from a different perspective.
