Join Caroline Bowditch for a class to explore your bones and land in your skin. Drawing on the principles of Universal Design in Dance and using structured improvisational offerings, dancers will have the opportunity to find the dance that works for their body in the now.

This class will use visualisations, improvisation and aims to be accessible to all bodies present. It is aimed at professional and emerging artists who have some experience of dance practices.

No pre-booking required.

Today's class is part of LGI's Disability Action Plan ongoing commitment to improve the accessibility of LGI's studio programs and create opportunities for Disabled and non-disabled artists to engage in inclusive practices.
