Artemis: Utter Mess will now be streamed on demand as part of our On Screen program from February 16, and we’ll welcome Artemis Muñoz back to La Mama for a live encore later this year.

Non-binary, Asexual, Biracial AND Neurodivergent? Utter Mess! A show about labels and the difference between the words that confine us and the words that set us free.
What happens when every document, every bathroom, every community seems to want you to decide, and none of the binaries seem to fit? ‘Artemis: Utter Mess’ is a show about labels and the difference between the words that confine us and the words that set us free. In this one-hour, one-enby show featuring nine original songs, Artemis looks over their journey to self discovery as a non-binary, asexual, bi-racial and neurodivergent person through song stroy and several excellent puns.
“There is a charismatic ensemble trio… with Artemis Muñoz, this trio of anti-vaxxers left you uncomfortably convinced of their sincerity and plight. Muñoz also delighted with their stunning piano composition hypothesising ‘another universe’ in which such issues do not exist.”
