Staff with a background in the arts and disability facilitate the program. Facilitators encourage participants' creativity through the exploration of painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture. Participants have the opportunity to exhibit their work professionally.

Staff are highly experienced in working with people with disabilities. Staff provide a moderate level of disability support and work closely with participants to support their artistic development.
