Classes are guided by gentle instruction, and are open to interpretation by the participants with the use of props and a variety of music. Disco is a great opportunity for participants to explore movement and expression with the occasional opportunity to DJ!

The group facilitator is experienced in working with people with disability and is supportive of participants' artistic and creative development. Please note that staff members are not able to provide personal care and one-on-one support. People requiring one-on-one support can attend with their own carer or support worker.
