This course aims to increase mental health, wellbeing, confidence and social connection. The friendly supportive environment enables participants to explore mental and physical health issues, and to express personal meaning through art. Participants have the opportunity to exhibit at the end of year diversARTy exhibition at Eltham Library Gallery.

Living & Learning Nillumbik focuses on well-being and providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for everybody. Staff work with people with disability and mental health issues to determine and provide reasonable supports for their participation, ranging from suitable equipment to clear and easily understood instructions. People requiring one-on-one support may attend with their own carer or support worker.
