Roarhouse is project based and addresses barriers to participation in community arts and culture for those at risk of isolation or social exclusion. The initiative supports individuals to kick start their creative aspiration as participants, creative makers, performers and event organisers. Events are held in bars, pubs, and public and private rooming houses.
