The program is facilitated by specialist music and dance teachers who assist students to learn new ways of moving and using their voices. The program has two components. The morning consists of song and dance based skills, and the afternoon explores instrumental music.

Qualified support workers work alongside the professional facilitating artists. Some transport to and from the venue is provided. The student's mobility allowance can cover this cost. Some staff members are trained in Auslan. People requiring one-on-one support can attend with their own carer or support worker.
