Step into the spotlight! ✨ Abilitive is thrilled to present The Actable Studio - an exciting, all-abilities theatre workshop made for, and by, artists with disabilities. We celebrate neurodivergent, d/Deaf, disabled and people with lived experience of mental health challenges or emotional distress— all bodies and minds are welcome.

We’ll be meeting on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Country, in Bulleke-bek (Brunswick). We pay our respects to Elders past and present. We acknowledge the unceded sovereignty of First Nations people and recognise their ongoing connection to storytelling, performance, and culture.

Join us for a 15-session journey through all things theatre and performance! We’ll explore acting, playwriting, directing, and more, with support from local artists and experienced facilitators. The workshop will culminate in a performance outcome that you will create and star in.

Whether you live on the stage, or are just keen to try something new, this is your space to create, connect, and shine. No prior experience is necessary!
