Janelle Ryan | Accessibility Operations | Sydney Opera House
Janelle Ryan has worked in the arts industry for over 23 years. In 2018, she took on the maternity leave position as the Accessibility Manager at the Sydney Opera House. After this appointment she took the role of Accessibility Operations in 2019 where she manages the annual Access programs and performances and is responsible for ensuring the successful fulfilment of the Opera House’s three-year Access Action Plan which involves whole of house strategies to improve access for staff, audiences, performers and visitors. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Joanne Kee | Executive Producer | Riverside National Theatre of Parramatta
Joanne is responsible for the artistic and strategic pathway of the Company. She was co-Artistic Director and founder of the Sydney International Women’s Jazz Festival, Artistic Director at Sydney Improvised Music Association, General Manager of The Song Company, Business Manager of Programming Sydney Opera House, ran a national contemporary music touring project, Sound Travellers, set up creative development and performances residencies for artists and has also worked at the Arts Council of England and Carnivale, multicultural arts festival. As a producer she tours internationally award-winning work. She is on the Create NSW Theatre Board and was on the Board of Music Australia, Sydney Fringe Festival, Glebe Chamber of Commerce and was Chair of Ausdance NSW and chair of the working group that set up Critical Path.

Justine Shih Pearson | CEO & executive Director | PACT
Justine has an interdisciplinary practice as a designer, creative producer, facilitator, writer, arts researcher and advocate. Trained originally at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, over 20 years she has collaborated on projects for live performance, digital media, film/tv, online publishing, public spaces, hospitals, and museums in Australia, Europe, the UK, North America and SE Asia.
