The program promotes expression, skill development, achievement and mastery for participants. Across the week the various activities include sewing, quilting and needlework, painting, drawing, collage, paper mache, painting, pottery, and joining the 'Let's Dance' troupe. Individual pieces are displayed at the centre and the annual family and friends' dinner, and feature strongly in the local Agricultural Show competitions.
Qualified and highly experienced staff provide a range of supports to maximise participants' experience. Information is available in Plain English, pictorial format and large print. There is also a fully equipped accessible toilet with a change table and hoist. Please phone for more information about one-on-one support.
