'Bodymind' is a new experimental work by Max Bower exploring neurodivergence, burnout, queerness, disability and finding comfort in nature.

Through sound, senses, and physical theatre, ‘Bodymind’ positions comfort and relaxation as radical acts of resistance and stands boldly outside of ordinary theatrical conventions. Each performance is sensory friendly and ends with an invitation to sit in the performance space and interact with different sensory elements.

Movement direction and dramaturgy by Liv Bell (Social Beast). Featuring composition and sound design by STOZ (I’m Ready to Talk Now) and snail puppet design by Paris Balla (Owl and the Albatross).

For everyone that has ever felt rushed, tired or burnt out. Come, sit and relax.
