Restless Dance Theatre presents CENTRAL, inclusive weekly classes for people aged 15 – 26yrs.
In CENTRAL, you’ll explore contemporary dance, develop coordination, and boost your physical fitness—all while learning exciting techniques and improvisation skills. But it’s not just about dance—it’s about belonging. This class is a social, recreational, and creative space where friendships are formed, confidence grows, and self-expression is celebrated.
Led by our passionate and experienced tutors, classes are designed to be adaptable for all participants, ensuring a welcoming and accessible experience for those with mild to medium support needs.
