These outings are designed to inspire creativity, and to motivate people to connect to local galleries, local communities and to the environment.

The group facilitator is experienced in working with people with mental health issues. Staff provide a supportive environment but do not provide one-on-one support. People requiring one-on-one support are welcome to attend with their own support worker or carer.
