Dance classes for people with disabilities

Bust a Move Dance (BAMD) uses universally proven methods to empower children, teens and young adults of all abilities to develop confidence and discover their potential through dance. Our motto is  LIMITLESS . INCLUSIVE . LOVE and that means creating a fun and safe environment free of the shame and judgement so often impressed onto minority groups by a privileged status quo. This allows people with or without disabilities to enjoy limitless learning and self expression through dance.

BAMD runs 14 classes per week, at 9 locations, with multiple dance genres, including contemporary, strength, conditioning and foundation hip hop.
