The Principal, Dianne De Battista, has developed a method to train her students in a formalised expressive Contemporary Dance Technique based on the Martha Graham technique. This technique teaches students to initiate movement from their torso and to respond expressively within a structured framework.

A professional dance teacher facilitates the class who is experienced in working with children with disability. Students requiring one-on-one support can attend with their own carer or support worker. Please note that the program venue is wheelchair accessible but there is no accessible toilet.
