The program focuses on empowerment and the opportunity for each participant to achieve their artistic goals. People with and without previous experience are welcome. Participants have the option of working on either a group or individual project. There is also an annual exhibition at a local cafe to celebrate International Day of People with Disability where participants can sell their art work. This program is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from St Albans Station.

The lead artist and support staff support participants to fully participate in the program through using a range of communication and equipment supports, encouraging confidence and individual creativity, and responding to individual needs. People requiring one-on-one support may attend with their own support worker.
