Staff with a background in the arts and disability facilitate the program. The program runs at the Bakehouse Studios in Richmond and supports Interact Arts' resident band, 'The Empires'. Group members explore all aspects of running the band, including booking gigs.

Staff are highly experienced in working with people with disabilities. Staff provide a moderate level of disability support and work closely with participants to support their artistic development.
