The course is based around Betty Edwards' 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain'. You will learn a variety of techniques, such as upside down drawing, gridding, perspective, tone and key, and how to draw a recognisable face. Students experiment with different drawing materials and have the opportunity to exhibit in the end of year diversARTy exhibition at Eltham Library Gallery.

Living & Learning Nillumbik focuses on well-being and providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for everybody. Staff work with people with disability and mental health issues to determine and provide reasonable supports for their participation, ranging from suitable equipment to clear and easily understood instructions. People requiring one-on-one support may attend with their own carer or support worker.
