Bag searches are required as a condition of entry to Melbourne Town Hall. Patrons are discouraged from bringing bags or items that are too large to fit under a seat to events.
Venue Access
All levels accessible via lift on Ground Floor. This venue is on level 2. Access to lift is through Lower Town Hall entrance via ramp to the left of Town Hall Stairs. There is also a ramp on Collins St to box office. Accessible toilet available on Ground Floor to the left of the lift, and on Level 3. If you use a wheelchair, have any other accessibility requirements or need to make a Companion Card booking, please email access@comedyfestival.com.au or call the Festival's Box Office on (03) 9245 3788.
Unassisted wheelchair access is permanently available from the main entrance to the venue.
