This participant driven group embraces anyone who would like to spend time making music together. To join you do not need to play an instrument or sing, but if you do, the group would love to share your talent. Group members understand the difficulties that can arise for people experiencing mental health issues, and welcome them to enjoy the group atmosphere. If you play an instrument bring it along, if you don't bring yourself!
