The South Australian Film Corporation (SAFC) is currently seeking candidates from diverse backgrounds for the role of SDIN Project Officer.

The Screen Diversity and Inclusion Network (SDIN) is a national network of broadcasters, screen funding agencies, business associations, and industry-aligned education and training organisations who have committed to work towards a more inclusive and diverse screen industry.

Members include all Australian broadcasters and state and national screen agencies as well as FreeTV and AFTRS.

The SAFC is a member of the SDIN and is the new host agency for the role of SDIN Project Officer.

Working under the general direction of the SAFC Head of Communications and Marketing, the SDIN Project Officer will provide a comprehensive, high level secretariat service for the SDIN, providing project and administrative support to the SDIN Chair(s) and its membership.

Based at the SAFC’s Adelaide Studios in Glenside, South Australia, the SDIN Project Officer will be the first point of contact for SDIN members and stakeholders nationally, including the organisation’s Australian screen industry partners. The role involves complex stakeholder management as well as actively managing the SDIN’s social media and website communications, among other duties.
We are seeking a self-starting and highly motivated administrator with excellent stakeholder and project management skills, experience in managing social media platforms and digital communications, and excellent verbal and written communication.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the Australian screen industry and an interest in furthering the aims of diversity and inclusion.
