Introducing Small Acts of Resistance, a new circus show by Women's Circus for Midsumma Festival. This fierce and joyful work from iconic institution Women’s Circus is performed by an incredible female and gender diverse ensemble all in their 50s, 60s and 70s. Blending circus, live music and spoken word, Small Acts of Resistance explores the need for hope in a world where protest and the voices of the disenfranchised are continually ignored. Watch as this powerful cast embraces both the gravity and joy of what it means to be alive and striving for change. All shows are Auslan interpreted.
5-8 Feb, 6pm at Gasworks Arts Park.
