These classes are facilitated by a dance teacher who encourages students to explore their creative potential through dance. The classes aim to develop co-ordination, strength, flexibility, rhythm and imagination.

Other Focus

All staff are highly experienced in working with people with disability. A qualified Occupational Therapist also supports the class. Participants requiring one-on-one support are welcome to attend with their own carer.
