The project offers people the following opportunities: to develop their skills through mentorships and workshops; to join a competition and be celebrated for their talent; and to tell their story at the annual Telescope readings.

The program is facilitated by a professional artist highly experienced in working with people with disability, and providing a range of supports to maximise participants' experience, creativity and engagement. Participants requiring one-on-one support are welcome to attend with their own carer or support worker.
