You, Beauty  is a performance experience both cavernous and intimate, moving between hard exteriors and soft interiors.

Inside the Immigration Museum’s stately Long Room, a giant undulating inflatable is both a theatre visited by the audience and a sculptural form viewed from the outside. A moving dialogue between two dancers and the inflatable warps and stretches the space, evoking gentle rolling clouds, and fearsome tumbling oceans.

As the dancers are finally swallowed by the giant structure, they invite audience members to step inside, and be transported into a surreal other world of song, dance, enchantment and dread.

You, Beauty  is a love letter to dance histories and futures, distorted by material elements and the passing of time.
