The program gives students the opportunity to build performance skills and to participate in theatre-based training, including physical movement, vocal projection and articulation, improvisation, stage combat and clowning.
The program culminates in an end-of-year performance at the Karralyka Theatre, Ringwood.
Qualified support workers work alongside the professional facilitating artists. Some transport to and from the venue is provided. The student's mobility allowance can cover this cost. Some staff members are trained in Auslan. People requiring one-on-one support can attend with their own carer or support worker.
