The program operates during the school term on Friday from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

The program is facilitated by specialist singing and dance teachers who assist students to learn new ways of moving and using their voices. The program focuses on skill development throughout the beginning of the year, and then moves to rehearsing set routines for an end of year performance.

Qualified support workers work alongside the professional facilitating artists. Some transport to and from the venue is provided. The student's mobility allowance can cover this cost. Some staff members are trained in Auslan. People requiring one-on-one support can attend with their own carer or support worker.
