Practical music and audio courses in Footscray, delivered in a working studio. People of all abilities and experience levels are welcome.
Choose from four creative focuses:
• Beatmaking & Production — build beats, record ideas and finish short works.
• Songwriting & Recording — develop songs, record demos and make clear creative decisions.
• DJ Foundations — build a set, practise transitions and grow confidence on the decks.
• Podcast & Audio Storytelling — record, shape and export a podcast episode or short audio story.
Sessions are two hours, delivered 1:1 or in small groups of two to three people. Each course combines practical instruction with time to make something tangible: a beat, demo, song, DJ set, podcast episode or short audio story.
Programs are shaped around the participant’s goals, pacing, access needs and preferred way of working. Most core equipment is provided. Participants can bring a laptop, instrument or existing project material if helpful. Support workers can be involved.
Start with a two-session taster, a six-week course block or a 1:1 studio intensive. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome, as are private-paying participants.
To enquire or refer, use the website form. Tell us which course is of interest, what the participant would like to make or learn, their preferred format, access needs and the best way to contact you.
