The program is facilitated by professional artists. Members develop drama, music and performance skills through weekly drama workshops, and work towards major biannual productions.

Staff are highly experienced in working on community based arts programs, and have undergone mandatory training as part of the council employment process. Participants requiring attendant care can attend with their own carer. The group does not work with people for whom restrictive practice is necessary. Additional supports can be organised for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, and blind or have low vision. Audio description, subtitling, and Auslan interpretation are provided at some performances and events.
